Your payment will be processed by Stripe in a safe and secure environment.We ship to you worldwide from our design studio in Bangkok,Thailand with a tracked and signed for service.You will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping $19 (14-21 Business Days) - Thai Postal Service Registered Mail 

Express Shipping $35 (3-5 Business Days) - By DHL 

Free DHL Express shipping is offered for all international orders above USD$ 399, this will happen automatically at checkout.

Please note that delivery outside of Thailand may be subject to local import taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer themselves. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages once sent.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We gladly accepts returns, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, please email us with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please return items to the return address located on your parcel and must be sent back using a tracked and signed for service. The return shipping cost and custom fees of exchanged items back to Knit Partners is the responsibility of the buyer.
