Care Instruction
Our knitwear requires gentle care to maintain its softness, sheen, and structure. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Hand wash only with cool water and a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid using regular detergents.
Gently submerge the fabric and swirl it softly—do not wring or scrub.
Rinse thoroughly, changing the water until it runs clear.
To remove excess water, press gently with a towel—do not twist or wring.
Lay the fabric flat on a towel, reshape it, and let it air dry away from heat and sunlight. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching.
Repair Service
We want your knitwear to last. We are more than happy to repair your knitwear at our studio. Please contact our customer service with the subject line "REPAIR SERVICE."

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Information
Your payment will be securely processed by Stripe . We ship worldwide from our design studio in Bangkok, Thailand, and provide a tracked and signed-for service. Upon shipping, you will receive confirmation and a tracking number via email.

- All orders are shipped via DHL for a flat rate of € 25 (3-5 business days).
- Enjoy free DHL Express shipping on all international orders over € 299, automatically applied at checkout
Return / Exchange
Please note that for deliveries outside of Thailand, customers may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees. Cross-border shipments are also subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, if required. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages once dispatched.

We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Please email us with your order number and reason for return within the specified timeframe.
Please return items to the address provided on your parcel using a tracked and signed-for service. Return shipping costs and any customs fees for exchanged items sent back to Knit Partners are the responsibility of the buyer.
